How To Get MATIC Mainnet Tokens
In order to purchase 1FLR or add liquidity to the 1FLR Pool, you’ll need MATIC Mainnet tokens. These are different than MATIC Ethereum tokens.
- Bridge From Ether To MATIC Mainnet
You can easily bridge your ETH to MATIC using the MATIC Bridging Tool.
Navigate to the tool and connect a web wallet like Metamask, WalletConnect, or Coinbase Wallet. Make sure you have some ETH in the wallet you connect.
Once you connect your wallet, decide how much ETH you want to transfer into MATIC.
Hit “Transfer” and then “Continue”
Now confirm the gas fee. This is a fee set by the Ethereum network.
Now wait approximately 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, your new tokens will appear in your web wallet. Your tokens will appear as “Wrapped ETH” which can be swapped directly into 1FLR using the “Swap Button” on MetaMask.
If you do not have Wrapped ETH set up in your wallet, please add a new token using the following contract address: 0x7ceb23fd6bc0add59e62ac25578270cff1b9f619
