Streamlining Our Community Communication
At PipeFlare, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience and enhance our community engagement. To better serve our users and streamline our communications, we are making some important changes to our social media and community structure.
Why the Change?
Currently, we have multiple communication channels, which can lead to confusion and slower response times. To simplify our interactions and ensure that you can easily reach us, we are consolidating our community communication to one primary platform: Discord.
Key Changes:
- Transition to Discord: We will be linking everyone to our Discord server, which will serve as the central hub for all community interactions. This will enable us to provide a more organized and efficient communication space.
- Closure of Telegram Messages: Effective immediately, we will turn off messaging on Telegram. We encourage all users to shift their conversations to Discord for a more seamless experience.
- Customer Support on Discord: For any support inquiries, please reach out via Discord. Our team will be monitoring the server closely, ensuring that you receive timely assistance. Our e-mail support will no longer be monitored.
- Revamping Discord Channels: Within our Discord server, we will be revamping the channel structure. We will reduce the number of channels, focusing on those that are most active and relevant to our community’s needs. This will help eliminate clutter and make it easier for you to find the information you need.
What This Means for You
These changes are designed to make it easier for you to get help when needed. By streamlining our communication, we can ensure that our team is more responsive and that you receive the support you deserve.
We appreciate your understanding as we implement these changes, and we look forward to seeing you on Discord! Thank you for being a part of the PipeFlare community.
Stay tuned for more updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Best,
The PipeFlare Team
